What I should do if my debit card is not accepted during account opening process?

1）Please check if your debt card is eligible for account opening process. Currently, we can only accept the debit card issued by the banks of the following 16 jurisdictions: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Malaysia, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Swiss, England, United State. 

If you live in Hong Kong, you may use a debit card issued by Hong Kong banks. 

If you have no such debit cards mentioned above, you may open a bank account with East West Bank and CBiBank .

2）We can only accept the debit card under your name. Please double check if the debit card info was input correctly and your name of the debit card is consistent with your ID info provided to us.
