Procedures and guidelines for transferring funds are as follows:
Step 1: Prepare your Hong Kong or Overseas Bank Card
Step 2: Check if your bank account has HK dollars or US dollars if you like to deposit in securities account. If you do not have those 2 currencies, please exchange before step 3.
Step 3: Remit funds from your Hong Kong or Overseas Bank Account to DA International’s Bank Account.

Step 4: Send deposit record to DA after you made a remittance/fund transfer. The record should include your “Account Name”, “Fund Amount”, “Bank Name”, “Date and Time of Remittance”.
Complete the Deposit Notification
Method 1: APP> Service> Deposit & Withdraw> Upload the remittance record to DA
Method 2: APP> Me> Future Online Portal/Stock Online Portal > Upload the remittance record to DA
Method 3: Send the remittance record via your registered email address to cs@directaccess.com.hk
Notes:
1) If you sent us the fund remittance/transfer record via the registered email address to us, please include client name, account number, fund amount, bank and transfer date in the email.
2) It takes time for the bank to process the remittance request, the bank's notification of "remitted" does not indicate that the money has been received by DA. The funds need to be settled and approved upon arrival to DA.
