Ltd (“DA International”) has recently received reports from clients that the following entities or individuals pretend to be employee(s) or agent(s) of us or falsely claim that they are our authorised business partners in Mainland China for solicitation. Such behaviors have already been misleading the public and bringing a material impact to our reputation. In these circumstances, DA International solemnly declares that:

 

1、1.As of today, DA International has neither authorized any person(s), entities nor business partner(s) (collectively “Unauthorized Agents”), nor set up any branches nor representative office(s) in Mainland China；

 

2、Our official contact is as below：

Client(s) are advised to open accounts or consult through any of the above official channels. DA International shall not bear liabilities for any losses caused by any Unauthorized Agents.；

 

3、DA International reserves the rights to take legal action against the Unauthorized Agents.

 

DA International solemnly remind our clients and investors to be sensitively aware of the illegal activities conducted by the Unauthorized Agents. We encourage our clients and investors to consult and/or report to us through our Hotline, QQ or other communication channels listed above if they found any infringement behaviors against DA International！
